Custodial Fees
Zero Hash does not charge Participants an account maintenance fee on USD accounts held by Zero Hash. FX custody fees are subject to the FX fee schedule. Zero Hash does not charge a cold storage fee for Digital Assets held by Zero Hash in cold storage on behalf of Participant.

Deposit & Withdrawal Fees
Zero Hash does not charge Participants a deposit or withdrawal fee for Digital Assets or Fiat, provided however, Zero Hash reserves the right to begin charging a Digital Asset deposit or withdrawal fee upon one (1) business day's notice to Participant if Zero Hash, in its sole discretion, determines that the number of Participant withdrawals during any period becomes excessive. Moreover, Zero Hash reserves the right to begin charging a Digital Asset deposit or withdrawal fee upon thirty (30) days' notice to Participant for any reason.

Disclaimers
Zero Hash may, in its sole discretion, amend the fees contained in this Fee Schedule upon thirty (30) days' notice to Participant. Zero Hash may update such fees by publishing a new fee schedule that does not require re-execution of the Zero Hash LLC Services Agreement.
